Overseeing the design process, including concept development, wireframing, prototyping, and final execution.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as developers, product managers, and marketers, to ensure cohesive and effective design strategies.
Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members to foster professional growth.
Staying current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance the design team’s capabilities.
Handling any design-related issues, conflicts, or challenges that may arise during projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience as a designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a design or IT environment.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet tight deadlines.
Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and design methodologies.
Familiarity with Agile development processes and project management tools.
A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Certification in design-related disciplines or project management is a plus.
